This place is pretty dirty but I ordered anyway. Shame on me. I got fried sweet plantain and teriyaki chicken. The plantain was great. The chicken on the other hand was pretty horrible. It was translucent and rubbery which led me to believe that it wasn't chicken because chicken turns white when you cook it.
