I've eaten here several times and (thankfully) I've never had a bad experience.
Today, a coworker and I went for lunch. We ordered burgers and shared an order of sweet potato fries. Without asking, the server brought glasses of water and a plate of cold slaw and pickles to the table. The server was kind and personable. Another employee later refilled our water glasses without us having to ask.
The food came out as anticipated and everything tasted good... not exceptional, but what one would expect form a diner. The burger is a little pricey but it's larger than a Five Guys burger and a lot less greasy.

Great price/quality relation. Plates are cheap, big and really good.

This diner is crazy. Ordered food at 1:30am and by 3am the manager says it's raining outside, the delivery man is slow and the food is still not ready. On top of everything he says he won't give the food for free when it finally arrives 2 hours later!!!! After waiting and hour and a half I feel it's courtesy for the food to be free. I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY FOOD at 3:06am. I will NEVER order from here again!!!! Save yourself!!!!
