Location was very good - just a few blocks from Grand Central station. People were very friendly and polite. Room was quaint. Bed was comfortable, but the sheets left something to be desired. All things considered I would stay here again.

Great location. Great staff, they all helped us to make our stay magic. Good breakfast that can satisfy most tastes. my choice for upper mid town.

This is a great hotel, they are one of the few W hotels that actually has their lobby and elevators on the first floor. Shocking, I know. The rooms are great and the staff are incredibly polite. I've stayed here multiple times and every time my experience here gets better and better. Last time I got upgraded to a Yerba Buena Park view and when I lost my luggage tag, the gentleman at the bell desk was more than helpful with helping me find my bag.
