Hampton Inn Carlstadt

Service excellent, grands lits plus sofa, suffisamment plase pour 5 personnes

My husband and I had a wonderful service experience at the Hampton Inn Carlstadt. Our room was clean and comfortable. The bed was AMAZING! It was clean and cozy. The bathroom was very clean. there was nothing out of order. Ana checked us in and she was very professional and friendly. thee complimentary breakfast was EVERYTHING!! My only concern was with housekeeping. They just opened up our door without knocking. It would be helpful if they knocked and let you know it was housekeeping. Luckily we had the lock on the door so that it kept them out. Also, we did not have a Do Not Disturb sign on our door, Other then that, we were very impressed with our service and will definitely stay there again.

I stayed here last night. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was nice. If you stay here, don't plan on sleeping in as housekeeping was vacuuming the hallway outside our room at 9:00 a.m.! Was not happy about that at all!

Staff was friendly and very accommodating to my needs , Thank you to Joe P who gave me a complimentary upgrade of my room and Juan who gave me milk in the late evenings at no charge , so I could take my medicine . I loved the privacy . Hotel was cozy and peaceful , room was Clean and location was phenomenal , could hop right back on Turnpike to get back home , this was my second stay at hotel , usually stay in Secaucas , but nope , this will be my first choice when I visit Jersey again. Thanks for everything

Highly unrecommended!!!! I would give NO stars! These people are thieves, they charged my credit card twice for a room I already paid for!! I had such a horrible experience here!!! I stayed at this hotel the night before and after my wedding. I had a wedding block, and chose this hotel because of the spacious suite they had and it was close enough to my church with a decent price. If I knew the headache I had to deal with during this process I would have ran far away from this hotel. The sales director Melody does not know how to return messages or phone calls, she is extremely unprofessional and rude. She had no interest at all in her job. I would spell names out letter by letter in perfect English and the names were still misspelled and nothing like what I said. I lost track of the amount of times I called, left messages and emailed her with no response. The room assignments were done improperly and people ended up not having rooms. There was absolutely NO reason that there would not be any rooms in the whole hotel after I blocked enough rooms 9 months in advance!!! They blamed me the night before my wedding for canceling rooms of which I had nothing to do with and of course did not do!! Such an awful experience to have to deal with for my wedding. As for the hotel itself, it is small, the complimentary breakfast is sad, with barely any choices. Extremely horrible service. Stay far away!!!! It's not worth it!!!!!
