Ordered my record for 2 day shipping, they did 1 day. The packaging was excellent and came in perfect. The employees there are very nice and answered all of my questions. Great great record shop.

Don't let the mannequins in the window fool you. This is not a clothing store, but a hidden gem filled with unique vinyl records you will most likely not find at any of the other record stores in NYC. The past two RSD's I've relied (and been rewarded) with records no one else in the city carried.

Amazing record store, I went even though I dont collect vinyl, still left with some awesome CDs and meet some good people there.

Halcyon is located in a picturesque spot near the Manhattan Bridge. Their record selection is phenomenal, and the staff is attentive and helpful. They also host some fun events such as the Almighty Dunny Show. Definitely worth the trip for anyone interested in urban culture.
