They burned my face during a hair treatment and refused to take responsibility over their poor service. Manager still insisted she provided good service and charged me full price. Now, I have a permanent scar on my face. Do not go!!!

After having a really unpleasant experience at another salon, I was nervous about going anywhere else in the city that would be around my price range. I went here on a suggestion from a friend, and loved it! Dina cut my hair, and knew exactly what to do with my curly hair to give me the style I was looking for. She was so nice, conversational but not too chatty, and there was a very friendly feeling about the whole salon. The price was incredibly reasonable, and even as my hair has grown out it the cut still looks great!

Nice friendly staff. Was greeted when I walked in and did not have to wait. Hair cut was great. Nice, clean and relaxed environment.

I just got a hair cut from Hair shapers. They were very friendly and Lucy the girl who cut my hair did a great job. It had been 3 months since I had had a hair cut, (being a guy thats a pretty long time for me to go with a hair cut) so I showed her a picture of how my hair should look, and she cut it how I wanted it. Great price and great service. All and all I was happy with my experience.
