BUYER BE WARE
I recently bought AQUA 100% Unprocessed Natural Hair for $169.00. The owner passed if off as real, virgin etc. I had the hair professionally installed and the hair turn out to be nothing what was claimed. The hair tangled, shedded and was in overall horrible condition. I went back to the store to question the owner about the hair. He yelled at me and claimed that he never had a complaint about the hair. Which is not true-there have been several consumers that have come in and complained about the same exact hair. This is a store and owner who clearly in unconcerned about customer service, customer, the quality of his product or repercussions for selling sub-par products. Please if you go to this store- don't buy hair and certainly don't trust the advise of the owner, he is a lier and more concerned about the bottom line and less about customers.
