Dr's are very good, front desk staff...NASTY & RUDE ESPECIALLY DORA..BEEN COMING HERE 8 YRS AND THE FRONT NEVER CHANGES. ALWAYS RUDE AND FORGETS TO PUT UR CHART UP SO THE MA'S KNOW THEY HAVE A PATIENT!! DR MOE AND STAFF YOU NEED TO GIVE THE FRONT A CLASS ON CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Very busy with lots of patients, parking is lacking. The billing department said they fixed the clerical error on their part and yet I am still receiving bills for the co-payment that I paid in full.
Also, if you are pro breastfeeding, find another doctor. They are pro-formula as abbot pharmaceuticals sends them similcacand is partners with them.
Also, my son has a lip tie and a pt tongue tie that went un-diagnosed and ruined our breastfeeding ability thanks to incompetent doctors.

when it comes to wrong billing for a disputed service, my experience is they are very adamant and does not accept the truth though there are clear evidence.
service from doctors/nurses are good.

We have changed pediatrician's twice for my son and am very happy with Hackensack Pediatrics.
In particular I am a big fan of Dr Christine Stern. She is warm and talkative and takes interest in knowing the child's progress from you. It a pleasure going and meeting her at this office. Highly recommend this practice!
