The landlord is awful. We have ad issues for 11 months. He made two attempts to fix it but it hasnt been fixed. i told him over and over and he does nothing. we have told him face to face, we ave emailed him, we have even turned im in to the health dept, building commissions, and loft board. Nobody cares. All this guy cares about is $$$$ he even has broken laws by allowing people to rent the basement. Our electric bill is 800.00 a month and after having everything investigated, we come to the conclusion that there is a lack of insulation and nothing is being done. posting a review is our last resort to get him to respond to our issues.
