- Poor #64178

I Work around the Queens Center Mall therefore go to h&m all the time but I think it needs better management . The lines are always crazy ridiculous and it seems to me like the employees take their time. I don't mind making the line here and there , because I can understand it gets busy but this is all the time . Either they need to hire more people or they should organize their staff .

Aww it's 2nd time in queens mall h&m had very bad and rude customer service . I think h&m need to change those stupid empoly who are not nice with customer. I'm not gonna go this h&m any more , I love shopping h&m
