Ive brought here 4 cars to get muffler deletes and had no problems with any of them. All their prices are good and reasonable and work gets done fast.

Always very helpful, there is a specialist for almost every need of car work there. Good prices and excellent work. Always worked on my Ford mustang, doesn't matter if its an oil change or and engine swap they can get it done. It isnt just a muffler / exhaust shop.

I love this place! The people treat you right and they give you great service. prices are very competitive because they do not mark up parts as much as most garages. They also only charge you for the amount of time they really spend on the repair. Other places just charge you a set amount of hours irrespective of the actual time.
Gun hill muffler has done all sorts of repairs for me from brakes, oil changes, tune-ups, timing belts,changing the water pump to replacing the coils. They do it all and they do it well.

First of all the previous reviews on this muffler shop did affect me and concerned me when it came about they working on my car, specially voiding the factory warranty on my car and not being able to get a good job on my car. After extensively speaking to the manager of the shop and repeating over and over what i needed them to do in order to avoid a gap of information or understanding. Finally i received a quote where it outlined the labor and parts that they will get on my behalf and the time it will take, i decided to leave the car and check on it periodically for 2 days. 2 days later before taking the car out of the shop they gave me a demonstration of the work performed and asked if i was happy, on the happy part i told them that only time will tell. It is now 3 days later and i have put the car through stress in order to inspect the quality of the work and performance and I am pertty happy with the job performed. I endorse this Shop.

Tip: anyone having someone do work on their car should be very clear when agreeing to a job, I did it because the warranty of my car was at risk of being void if i had not to get a good job.

I went there to get 2 universal cats Installed I bought them from a trusted site. And rather than say "I don't feel like doing the work" they told me the cats I got were the wrong size and they would never work on my car. A week later I went to a mom and pop exhaust shop and they got both installed perfectly. These guys are horrible business men.

I have been to this shop for work on my exhaust twice, and unfortunately the second time I had a poor experience. I thoroughly explained the work I wanted done, including where to cut and how to bend and route the piping, with photos of what I needed. We agreed on a set price which I deemed fair with my own knowledge of the cost of the parts needed as well as the labour involved. Two and a half hours later, the mechanic told me he couldn't do what I asked him, and only completed half of what I asked for, even though he was so close to being able to complete the job as shown. Worse still, he charged me the full price of $375 not including tax for essentially trying and giving up on what should have been a simple job.
