My mother went to this hair salon to get her hair cut in layers. Instead they gave her a bob. Unprofessional.

This place is great for a busy mom. The quality was excellent, they didn't over charge me, they sell snacks, and they were so patient with my three children. I will definitely be going back. Excellent service and quality!

They are horrible. ..my daughter's hair started to come out a week later..it was breaking off...don't know what they did...but her hair is not the same. ..please be careful with this place....

I don't have a problem with the place I just prefer one person to blow dry my hair... From this place Jennifer is the best!

Beware, they snuck relaxer in my shampoo and completely destroyed my hair and my 12 year old daughter's hair. I tried this place because it was close to where I shop. I have been natural for 7 years..I have loose fine curly hair. My daughter had a gorgeous full head of spiral curls. All we wanted was a wash, conditioner and blowout. My hair started falling out 2 weeks after visiting this place and my daughter's hair which was long to the mid back started braking off and is thin now...and at her shoulder...as a middle school girl, she is devastated. I remember my head tingling and burning slightly and I remember the smell of tea tree oil. They must use that to cover up the smell of the relaxer. I am completely disgusted, it almost feels like abuse. Don't trust these people!
