This was a remarkable experience. I had been experiencing some dizziness as well as leg cramping. Dr G did an adjustment in which I heard an audible "pop" in my neck. it was a bit scary but there was no pain. He then had me relax in a chair for 10 minutes. I felt tremendous relief in my leg muscles and have had almost zero dizziness since. That night I went home and slept 8 hours, which hasnt happened for years. My leg muscles are relaxed for the first time in a long while and I am generally feeling alot better - I didnt even realize that my physical state was really bothering me until I had the adjustment and noticed the difference.
