Sales reps were so rude. Barely had any help.

Walked in today with my Mother...the dresses weren't what was terrible, but the fact that we were there for over an hour and had ZERO contact with a sales rep was ridiculous!! ..seems like they were to busy chatting to walk from behind the register and ask if anyone needed assistance! For that, I do not plan on returning to that store...Shame on Management for hiring these so called associates!

2 weeks ago I visited the store for a gown. The young girl that helped me, Fantasia, was a doll. She knew her product well. Was very honest in a sweet way. She made the trip to the store enjoyable.
When we got to the registers, Zally, the cashier was very patient and understanding. Her prior customers were very impatient and bullying, and she handled it very professionally. She tried to explain to them she was the only cashier at the front desk, but to no avail. The lines were very long due to their arrogance, but with her working so diligently it dwindled quickly. We traveled more than an hour each way to shop at Group USA, and I have to say if it weren't for those 2 wonderful women, I would hesitate to come back.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! I had a so called "appointment" for 3pm,and waited for almost an hour for the WORST service ever. I was being helped by Dara a so called bridal consultant. When I tell you I had to put on the dress myself and have a relative zip me up because the consultant was no where to be found and to top it off she had and attitude. I would not recommend for any bride to go through this experience. It was the worst service I ever received and will not go back to this store again.

Wonderful Customer Service! I went into the store to buy a skirt of a specific color. The store is well-laid out, but more important, an extremely helpful sales woman worked with me personally to help me locate exactly what I wanted. But she didn't stop there...she showed me several other items that were new in stock and I ended up buying something I didn't know I needed, but have worn several times because of its versatility. I will definitely be a return customer!
