I have been going to Grosso Dental Care for over a decade, and continue to go back because of its top notch customer service. I have had numerous procedures over the years, and have always felt well-informed about what was going on and well-taken care of (feeling little to no pain after a procedure). The support staff is friendly, efficient and informed - I have never waited longer than 10 minutes to be seen, and they have, on separate occasions, gone out of their way to explain and help me understand my insurance coverage. I always recommend this practice to friends in the neighborhood, and will continue to go there as long as I am in the area.

BEWARE: DR. TYLER GROSSO DOES NOT HAVE THE PROPER LICENSING TO ADMINISTER INVISALIGN PATIENTS. I HAVE HAD MY LAST TRAY OF INVISALIGN FOR THE PAST 10 MONTHS BECAUSE DR. TYLER GROSS WANTS TO END TREATMENT EVEN THOUGH MY TEETH ARE MISALIGNED. IVE SPENT OVER 5500 IN FEES FOR HIS SERVICES AND HE DOES NOT WANT TO REFUND MY PAYMENTS SO THAT I CAN SEEK THE PROPER CARE FROM A DENTIST WHO HAS EXTENSIVE EXPERIENCE IN INVISALIGN CASES. PLEASE BEWARE OF DR. TYLER GROSSO!!!!!!
