I have taken my yorkie to the Grooming Room several times and he always comes out with a great haircut. When I came to pick him up one time I wanted a bit more cut off his legs and she wisked him in the back and took care of it right away. He loves going there and they are just great with the dogs.

Have been going there for over 10 years. We convinced Carol to groom our Bichon after numerous bad experiences elsewhere. She now is one of the best groomers for Bichon's anywhere - MUCH better than Hal Wheeler. Highly recommend.

My dog, a beautiful puppy, came in needing a quick trim in the back and to get his bangs cut. He came out with barely any hair on his back. His luscious coat was ruined. This is the worst grooming service you will ever meet. We dropped him off for his appointment at 9:00 am, but they didn't even get to him until 1:00 pm. They said he "needed" a short haircut because he had a lot of mats and if they did not give it to him he would have been hurt. He had THREE bad scratches that drew blood. I will never go there again and if anybody does I feel bad for their dogs. The real rating should be 0.
