By far the best customer service and friendly, knowledgeable staff among all the storage unit facilities I spoke with around New York City. If Greenpoint location is convenient for you, this place is your best bet.

I have rented storage space at Storage Plus three different times now and each time it has been great. Great prices and the space is always clean and cool. Storage Plus is the only place I will store my things.
