My silver atara on my tallis was badly tarnished. I called Greenfield, although I had never dealt with them before. They did a magnificent job, the atara looks brand new, and they also had the atara and a new liner sewed onto the tallis, all for an extremely reasonable cost. I called several times, and everyone who ever answered the phone (Heshy, Sara, Henny ) were all exceptionally courteous and helpful.
I would not hesitate to recommend them highly.
