Well this is where I used do my laundry regularly, but not anymore I just come back from there actually and I am very upset, Because of my busy schedule I usually do my laundry once a week around between 5:30 and 6:00, there is a sign inside saying the closing time is 7:15pm and the last wash is on 6:00pm, I went there today august 8th at 5:50 and the clerk at the desk refused service, she said it's raining, she has a child and she wants to go home early, I said it's not 6pm yet, she said It doesn't matter I don't wanna stay here all day, I told her I always do my laundry there at that same time of the day and Amy has never refused, she then said but Amy is not here I AM HERE, the other old spanish lady who doesn't speak a word in english was very aggressive, when I tried to open the washing machine's door she closed it aggressively and she almost hurt my hand, i didn't understand a word from what she was saying but I can tell she was angry and cursing me, then she pushed the pushcart where my laundry bag was to the outside and it was raining really bad, I gave up I went back home with dirty laundry that day, Except Amy the cute chubby girl who was not working today, the other people who are working there are very rude, bad service, and uneducated, I hope the owner reads that, and take an action because he just lost one of his regular customers .
