kinda disorganized but still i got the service i needed

EXTREMELY unprofessional office staff. Took forever for my road test to be scheduled due to miscommunication in their office. The office staff cancelled a lesson of mine 10 minutes before the scheduled time and I let it go but when i could not make the rescheduled time and called 2 hours before she yelled at me as though I was inconsiderate. The day of my road test which was for 9 AM I was told to arrive at the school for 8 AM. The employee designated to take me and other students to the road test arrived after 9:10 AM. I told the owner I had to go to work and he tried to assure me that I would still be on time. I ended up failing AND arriving VERY late to work. When I asked for a refund the next day the owner tried to make me sound crazy. Granted because of the lateness of the employee one student could not even take her test. DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR MONEY.
