The most horrible experience, The driver was suppose to stay and wait for my mother during her appointment which takes about 15 minutes to get a refill, Yet he picked her up 30 min early so she ended up at Dr appointment 30 minutes too early which caused her to wait. He in turn left for another pickup and did not return until3.5 hours later. When We called the company to come back for pickup they were very rude, and claimed the driver was in an accident. He did not confirm that. Once he returned it would have been nice to discount the ride due to the long wait. I do not think it is fair to leave a disabled , wheelchair bound person sitting in a hallway.
