Very pricey. Although, some items are worth the price tag. The staff however were nice but did hover a bit too much for my liking.

The lowest level was in disarray last week as they remodel to counter the arrival of the mini Lowes up the street. Need to return and see the results.

The hardware department on the lowest level is well run by knowledgeable staff. They tend to carry most things you would need.

a COMPLETE RIP OFF was a good reliable ny business 15 years ago but not now
very over priced and be advised never ever buy anything not in stock here.
nothing ordered arrives on time if at all,
items are displayed and sold that are actually not available. they sell them to you promising a delivery date and then never deliver but keep your money for up to 6 months with false promises.
we are contractors and keep telling clients this but they buy anyway then have to buy something else months later when the promised items fails to arrive.this

Love this place.
I always find the best products at Gracious Home. I purchased my miele vacuum and my objecto humidifier and thrilled with both.
