I loved my experience at Grace Salon. People were friendly and welcoming, I liked the whole experience. Whoever wrote that bad review needs to go find some stuffy high end designer salon in lower Manhattan in order to achieve the boring, sterile and lifeless environment he desires. The family that owns this store are gracious hosts and the haircut was perfect.
