I like the pizza here but the service really sucks. Their closing time is 12 AM. I called them for a delivery at 11:40 PM, they said they dont have any one. I said I will pick it up in 5 mins but they said that they closed the kitchen and are cleaning it right now.
I dont really understand why they have to close the kitchen so early or else they should update the closing time.
Never ordering from here.

delicious and perfect. Gotham has a great variety of pizza - thin, parmesan, stuffed crust, etc. Anything you want, they can do it. Great service and fast wide-range delivery.

Ordered a pizza thru grub hub, after 1hr i called grub hub the restaurant claimed they delivered but no one rang the buzzer and we were all anxiously waiting for our pizza. They refuse to re deliver and now we will have to wait even more to order from somewhere else. If i order a delivery i expect it to arrive at my door not downstairs across the court yard. I i love the pizza from gotham but i will not order nor would i purchase anything from thislocation. The lack of professionalism and customer service and attitude is asst
