I had some time to kill before the Prophets of Rage show at the Barclay center, so I wanted into this quaint little coffee shop. Bold color schemes, relaxing music and a robust coffee smell filled the atmosphere. Some eclectic school maps hung on the wall.

Extremely good coffee for a great price. You can either stay for hours reading a good book, or quickly grab a cup of coffee. Staff is clean and quick and know their customers. One of my go to coffee shops.

The maple latte I had was great, but the service was horrible. I tried to order tea, but every kind I picked they were out of. There were at least three people who got their espresso drinks before me even though they ordered after I did. The barista called all of them by name. I understand treating regulars well, but why should someone who walked in the door five minutes after me get their drink before me?
