Goodman Barry S DDS

I was recommend to Doctor Barry Goodman as an Endodontist by my current dentist. I needed a root canal performed due to a filled cavity as a child that turned into an infection as an adult. I saw Dr. Goodman the first time in July of 2012 and I would recommend him to anyone. He is VERY accommodating as I needed to meet with him for two sessions due to the severity of the infection and he came in early on two Mondays to work on me. I was able to get the work performed on my tooth then get onto the 7:01 train to Manhattan and did not have to miss any work or take any time off. There was no pain at all during both sessions and I would say the whole procedure was more pleasant then a normal cleaning.

Terrible dentist charged me almost $200 for NO services provided. The receptionist /bookkeeper was very nasty and did not provide any clarity as to why there would be a $70 charge out of pocket for NOTHING done to my mouth at the appointment. Would not send my worst enemy to this place.

I was so afraid to have a root canal but Dr. Goodman was so gentle and so professional that I did not feel a thing. His staff was so nice and helpful and made me feel right at home. I would recommend him to anyone with a tooth ache or in need of a root canal.
