I purchased four brand new tires for my Subaru WRX. Kelly Edge was a recommend tire when I visited the store. It seems that customer service is more happy to see you when you come to purchase rather then coming back with assistance. That being said I had an issue with one of the tires and surely enough I was automatically dismissed with what I had to say. It has not been two months since I purchased the tires. Overall the experience was horrible and embarrassing as one of the employee at the cashier was involving everyone in the room as to win his argument. I will not be buying from Goodyear no longer. I should have better luck at Bridgestone.
