Bad delivery service and takes forever for some thing quick really quick

They use the wok spatula like a hockey stick to pick up fallen food I stood & watched then my food was done.

I got some takeout there once & liked it, so I had some delivered yesterday. Driver refused to get out of the car! I'm not from here, but it was daylight on a busy street. I called the restaurant about this and was told that customers must go out to the car to retrieve their orders. What?! Rubbish! Maybe he'd had some trouble before, but if you want to do business with me in the neighborhood I live in, don't insult me by making me bring the money out to you. Meet me at the door, like all the other deliverers I've had here. Never again. This was just a bad move.
Update 10/2015. I've ordered from them since, and they've sent a good driver who meets me at the bldg door. Today? Same past nonsense happened with driver calling me, I come downstairs, and he sits in the car beckoning at me to come out. I went upstairs and called the restaurant. The driver told them I never picked up my phone. Lies. I answered, came downstairs, waited, and then he showed up and beckoned at me to come out. The restaurant only apologized, but didn't really handle it. I told them to keep their food. Too bad, b/c their food is pretty much good.

Ive lived in area for years amd have tasted their food probably 100 times. They have only made a mistake 3 times but if you go back they give you more food. I have to say that this is the place to go. Besides the older chinese man with no teeth amd his family work hard amd make sure theyre customers are happy. However, i have seen a roach once and have stopped eating there. Thank you.
