I always wanted a Bmw s1000RR, so I decide to come here since it's the closest BMW Motorcycle dealership to my house, and let me tell you! Best experience I've ever had, from the moment I walked thru the door I was greeted my Lou. I saw the bike with the color combination I wanted, he went over the details on the bike and answered every question I had. We went over the numbers, ran my credit (approved with the best rate) and sure enough the numbers we went over was exactly what I'm going to end up paying, no hidden surprises! I was able to pick up my new bike first thing next day and I couldn't be any happier! This being my third motorcycle, I have to say this had been the most pleasant, smoothest transaction I've had. Lou's a great guy and I'll definitely recommend this place to my friends and family. Thanks again!

Had to do some recall repair on my Ducati MTS 1200S.
Professional, fast, efficient and friendly service!
The owner offered a test ride on 2015 MTS while I was waiting.

Yesterday(11/20/15) I had service done on my Ducati MTS 1200S at Gold Coast.
They changed the motor oil and flushed/changed the fluids in the brakes and clutch systems, including some minor adjustments.
What can I say....
It was one of the most satisfying experiences I've had in any motorcycle or car dealership. The appointment was made at the convenient day and time for me.
People in the service department were extremely professional, friendly and accommodating. The mechanic gave me some good suggestions about how to use some switches on my bike before taking it into the shop.
I spent about 45 minutes in the showroom waiting for the work to be done.
Had some questions about possible future bikes. Ben (the owner) went through several brands and models with me, showing serious knowledge about the bikes and understanding all my personal preferences and riding style.
At no time was there even a hint of trying to sell me something - just professional, thoughtful and friendly advice with some good portion of healthy humor. Thank you for that Ben!!
My bike was ready on time, everything was done properly and to my complete satisfaction.

I came back from a 2500 mile trip and noticed some rather strange wear patterns on my Michelin Pilot Road 4 GT rear tire. I called Michelin and they said to take my 1150RT to my nearest dealer. I called up Gold Coast and talked to Curtis, the Service Manager. He said to come on by.

I stopped in later that day. He took pictures and inspected the tire. He called me back a few days later after he called Michelin and got the factory to give me a discount on new tires.

Had a great experience with Curtis and this dealership.

bought a 2015 ktm 450sxf from these guys back in april. worst service ive ever experienced in my life. almost as if they didnt care to make a sale. they sell ktm motorcycles and no one in the whole building knows anything about them. told me itd be a week until i got my bike in and theyd call when it was ready, i ended up waiting a little over 2 weeks, and never received a call from anyone following up with me with any info that was going on with the bike. Then when i have the bike i go to them to purchase motorex oil for my ktm, what the manual calls for.. the people in the part dept had no idea where anything was and they kept telling me "they know they have it somewhere" a simple 10w-60. after waiting 30 minutes. i just walked out of there and i would never go back to them for anything. id give them negative stars if i could

There service department sucks. They said my bike would be done in a day because all I was getting was an oil change and the antifreeze. A month later my bike was done and the didn't change the antifreeze hopefully the change the oil. I don't think I'm ever buying a bike there ever again why would I buy a bike and then I can't get it serviced. The deal they gave me on my recent KTM was not good I could have gotten it cheaper at other dealers I went to. I have bought over 10 bikes from this dealer and it's really gone down hill. If u don't want any headaches go somewhere else. I also ordered parts in May and there still not in its like a joke.
