Gloria Richard's Coiffure

I was trying to find my stylist that I usually use for a hair cut. I called this place to see if she had transfered there. I reached the woman in charge and she said no. I called back again to arrange for a haircut. I asked if she had any openings with a stylist that specialized in short haircuts. She said yes but told me she only had openings that day. I couldn't make it due to work. I asked for the name of the shop across the street to see if they had openings for the next day. She answered " Oh come on... what you're going to call every shop in Bloomfield looking for (hairstylists name)?", and then she hung up on me. Really nice service! And I didn't even get a chance to set up a potential appointment for another day besides the one I had originally requested. They just lost a possible Gloria Richards customer. BAD customer service, bad indeed! Don't go to a place whose owner hangs up on you!
