They have the WORST customer service known to man. I am giving them two stars because of their doctors, whom are very understanding. Other than that, the staff are extremely rude. Talking to one of the staff members is like walking barefoot on lava: painful and intolerable. If you can resist the 3 hour wait-time (yes, even if you have an appointment) and can tolerate rude people solely for the doctors, this place is for you.

Customer service is very bad. We paid for DR. Service. Providing Phone number never works.
