The man I spoke with was incredibly rude - anytime I asked a question, or confirmed something he said, he acted like I was a complete idiot. I got very fed up and he told me "not to be nasty" and then hung up on me. I can't believe this has happened to so many other people in the past few weeks...ridiculous.

Now the person that I spoke to was one of the most unhelpful person ever. To place this in simple terms. If I had the option to choose who can help me from either a Blobfish or the same person that answered the call I would choose the Blobfish. This person truly hates his job. Please hire the Blobfish and make everyone happy! When I called I tried to pep him up by saying "good job" and he begins to say, "stop harassing me" over and over again. Then he begins touching the phone buttons to make noises with it. I do know a child are the ones that do that. I guess he is one too. After that he hung up on me. Please hire a new person.

The person who answers the phone is the most unhelpful, rude and hostile person I have ever dealt with...and I used to answer phones for a living. I don't know what his problem is but someone should do him the favor of firing him because he is just fed up with it. He hung up on me once, I called back and he gave me a from-the-manual answer that did not even begin to answer my question, then hung up again. I can't believe this person is employed.

The person who answers the phone is by far one of the rudest and most hostile people I have dealt with in a very long time, either on phone or face to face. He is genuinely unpleasant, completely unhelpful and not someone who should be in a service oriented job. This review is coming from a person who has worked in service related industries and managed large teams of service specialists for over 20 years.
