The Scarpellis who run the place are complete phonies playing pretend doctors’ office. I warned Glenn Scarpelli that I had a patellar tendon strain and what does he do? He still pulls on it during the treatment, rupturing a ligament in the process while going into a Jesus rant as if he suffers from DEMENTIA believing that he is actually doing God’s work. When I complained to the office manager Patricia, who turns out to be his wife, she quickly defends him by going BIPOLAR on me from being very attentive to instantaneously nasty and hostile, incapable of resolving a client’s issue in a professional manner. Her reactions reminded me of a crazed mother reprimanding a child when I was the one that was injured! That’s what I get for trying holistic medicine with a wannabe doctor who doesn’t know medical terms. The one thing that should have tipped me off that they were phonies was upon entering the place was like a spiritual hippie environment with the incense burning yet the Scarpellis were dressed like yuppies which is a complete contradiction! While posting this review, I read the previous review written by Josh Wagner that is also phony. Turns out Josh Wagner is also a chiropractor and obviously a friend. These people are complete con artists and just BAD BAD BAD! Go to a real medical doctor!

Wonderful chiropractor with a huge heart who listens. The practice is also spacious and calming and large. Highly recommended

Great service, very effective and absolutely lovely people. Also, if there is a wait, which is not often or very long, the actual place has a calmness that is like a moment of peace within crazy Manhattan.
