I had a horrible experience with returning a pair of worn shoes that I paid 1050.00 for. i love Giuseppe Sneakers and have at least 10 pairs however, I received a pair for Valentines day that had the buckle and could not wear them for a full day. I contacted the store immediately at which time Whitney told me to bring the sneakers in. I returned the sneakers to hear I cannot do anything but send them out to see if they are defective. It took three weeks to get a response and it was nothing is wrong with the sneaker its the buckle has been receiving alot of complaints. Whitney decided to issue a store credit. Sheesh i should not be forced to buy anything out of the Giuseppe Store when I returned with the receipt. DONT shop there they will send you to Allesandra at the press office who dont return phone calls. Go to Bloomingdales, Norstrom or any other real store to purchase Guiseppes Even DSW has Guiseppes now.
