Giovanni Patane Associates

When we were planning to do some major home remodeling and expansion, we contacted Giovanni Patane to discuss our needs. He provided some plans for our review, making optimum use of the space and giving us the features we needed. He was easy to work with and very responsive to our comments. The resulting design was perfect for us and everyone loves the layout.

Giovanni redesigned my living space and created a beautiful spiral staircase that has become the focal point upon entering my home. The staircase not only offers a unique design element-but solved several problems. First, the old staircase into the lower level bisected my kitchen, which was both a nuisance to get to, and took up much needed cabinet space. With the spiral staircase created in the living space, the kitchen space is now larger, the flow from the upper & lower levels is smoother, and there is new light flowing into the lower level.
I hired 2 other architects to address the issue, and Giovanni was the only one to come up with the creative solution. In addition, he worked very well managing the other renovation team members-which is usually a very difficult task.
I highly recommend Giovanni; he made a very difficult renovation both manageable & cost-effective, and most importantly, beautiful.

This architect lacks integrity, skillset and is totally behind in the times with respect to architectural design. Poor design cost me rework of over $50,000. Rethink before using, many better architects available.
