They used to be good. Now all the pastas are really bad. Looks like the chef is not that good. In addition, the delivery take long time; when they bring the food is already cold. For now on, I will only order if there is not other food in town. There is other better places.

I always order food from this establishment and for some reason or other they get some part of my order wrong. I have had to wait an additional thirty minutes or more to get what I originally ordered. It always has to do with the pasta. Someone is not writing orders down correctly. I do not think one should have to wait extra time for what they originally ordered. After all, they are getting paid the amount they dictate over the phone. What is the reason for not getting the order right? There is a big difference between penne pasta and spaghetti.This is not the first time this happens; therefore, the Valentine rush is not an excuse. An establishment flourishes based on customer satisfaction and customer recommendations. This establishment needs to give this some thought!
