yeah these guys totally suck. I have a pair of work boots that needed some stitching redone. They half assed the job and out sourced it too. Thanks for nothing Gio

I've been going to GIOVANNI for a few years now and never ever had a problem. These reviews are the 1% who cant make everyone happy all the time. I believe he does amazing work for a very fair price. They are true craftsman and have a great attitude and I'm sure the one person can really mess up anyones day. Anyway THANK YOU again for a wonderful job and a great pair of my shoes I once enjoy again, again and again

Echoing the previous reviewer's comment about destroying her heels, I have to say that these i-diots (and I cannot find more appropriate name for them, sorry) destroyed two pairs of very expensive men's shoes. The problem with these cobblers is that they are used to handling very cheap shoes and have absolutely no clue how to repair quality footwear. They don't speak English ,so you cannot explain to them anything either. If your ‘good shoes’ are Kenneth Cole then you can definitely trust them, otherwise please avoid this den of m-orons or it will cost you dearly.
