I love AX brand so much in every aspect. This is my favorite brand and I own lots of clothing from AX. I was very disappointed to know that I cannot use my AX gift card which my wife gifted me, to shop online.
The store does not have the shirt I was looking for on sale and I found that shirt online for 40% discount. I wanted to order 2 more shirts with my order, but unfortunately the customer service guy told me that the gift cards are not illegible for online shopping. My question is why are gift cards available when we cannot use them to shop online? I have never seen or known any other brand not allowing gift cards to shop online.
