Four stars goes to the man at the front desk very great customer service very informative and very helpful. As an African-American that is going on a journey to Africa for the first time it was nice to meet him first to ease my worries and he was very helpful 4 stars for the man at the front desk........

Their service is very poor especially with the renewal of passports I recently submitted my passports about two and half months ago I called to check on the status I did not get a representative to talk to very unprofessional and highly disappointed.Ghana is still going backwards in a developed country like this.

Worst customer service ever. I suggest you close down and move back to Ghana. I thought you were better than the useless office in DC.

I think you guys should post your working hours on your website because its not there and i sent an email to them asking them when their working hours and they never reply ma messages.. This a busy country and no body gat time to be walking around leaving their jobs. So if you guys post the hours online it will be easy for us all to know when to come in.
