This place has screwed up my orders in every way imaginable. I gave them very specific (and very simple) instructions on how I would like my garments tailored, and every single one of them wasn't done right. I just ignored most of them, except for one suit jacket that was too nice for me to ignore the bad work. So I sent it back and asked them to please do it the way I asked. It came back worse than before.
When I'd give them dress shirts, I'd also provide them with my own hangers, since wire hangers will ruin dress shirts over time. Not only did they STILL use wire hangers, they lost the hangers I gave them. I also told them A HUNDRED TIMES not to use starch....and they do it anyway.
Also, don't count on picking up your stuff on the dates they tell you it will be ready...because they usually aren't.
I really hate trashing a business, especially a small mom-and-pop store....but if any business has earned a 1-star review, this is it.
