One of their products I bought literally fell apart.
I contacted them by phone and email, no response. I guess they just don't care.
I hope this helps other consumers avoid their products.
It's bad enough to have shoddy goods, but when you don't even respond to your customers, that's enough to make me buy elsewhere.
I don't know if this is due to being bought by High Road partners or not, but I would make it a point to avoid any dealings with them as well. The apple doesn't all far from the tree.

Selfish owner of this company. Their truck blocks frequently park on the sidewalk. Pedestrians have to walk on the street. It is particularly dangerous in the snowy days. Complaints to the Mayor office and the police department were useless. They basically told me they couldn't do anything about it. I confronted this company workers in the past. They basically said it is easier for them to load and unload their boxes into the company. Why do this company think they can be above the law and has no shame or fear. This company must be owned by some influential people that fears no one. Shame on this company. Even the google map photos shows people walks on the street due to their truck parked on the sidewalk in front of their company.
