They have great inventory to select from and they came highly recommended by our general contractor and plumber. The issue for me was how obnoxious the manager Ian was. When i had an issue and I tried to resolve it with him, He talked over me, it was hard to have a discussion.and resolve the problem. I would give their showroom a 5 plus, but for the aggravation I am assigning them a 2

We remodel two bathrooms bought everything in the Ridgefied location on the second bathroom they delivered a damaged tub they would not return it and replace with a new one that wasn't damage just because it was two weeks old we spent a lot of money in this place would not recommend it to no one where you going if you go there open every item that you bye because these people won't work with you they just want to so they don't care if it's damaged or not

The Korean employee Chune from General plumbing forged invoice amount and deceived customers with the contractors.
