Gencarelli's Bakery

This bakery has fresh bread and pastries, they are delicious and fairly priced. You'll find a wide selection of pastries, cakes, and breads. Very friendly staff also. The only reason I gave them 4 stars is because of their coffee. It's not good. Watered down, please fix it. Consider offering espressos too.

First & Last time going to this bakery. Initially I had high hopes to make a purchase from this bakery but that changed fast.To begin, when we walked in there were no customers & only teenagers at the counters to assist customers (horrible idea) The one girl saw us however as we approached the counter, she walked away. When she finally acknowledged us her behavior was atrocious. I asked a very simple question about prices of products (which was obviously a chore for her to answer) Then I asked another question about a popular trend that bakeries are doing now everywhere and she had no clue of what I was talking about despite the fact that they are a bakery & should know the answers to the question I asked. They also have no Price list & No brochures as she informed they do their work by pictures customers bring and charge whatever price they want. They also have no variety on what I was going to purchase (only 2 flavors) The thing that turned me off most was their "I don't want to be bothered attitude".There were 2 other teenagers working as well who were not friendly and refused to speak to us. How do you run a business when your employees offend potential customers? I think these good reviews on here were posted by employees, family & friends of this bakery because the way my family member & I were treated by visiting this bakery today was absolutely unacceptable. My rating is Zero stars for what happened today (Note: Google won't allow reviews to post with 0 stars so I was forced to give 1 star) My advice: STAY FAR AWAY from this bakery and give your business to one that has employees that treat potential customers with respect instead of turning their noses up like they are better than people.

This place has a great selection of baked goods. I went for my first time and loved everything we gut.

I waited 15min for a coffee cake being that I requested a fresh one. They gave me a frozen one that was stored in a fridge for I don't know how long. It was so embarrassing when I tried to cut it in front of my guests and the knife got stuck in the cake. Dissapointed

Great service and the foods are even better! Love it, wish I could eat everything they make, all looks delicious.
