GEICO Insurance Agent

GEICO is a very bad insurance company because they will cancel you with no warning and for no reasons, no claims have been made on my policy and I pay on time and yet they still cancelled me and they are very bad for Veterans although they claim they have been doing business for over 75 years. Go elsewhere!!!!!!

Horrible insurance. They sell insurance that doesn't cover anything. Car insurance doesn't cover car. Home insurance doesn't cover roof. Immoral junk. You should read your fine print because they don't care about you at all.

One employee thought it was okay copy my number down (for personal use) when he helped me set up my policy and then texted me extremely inappropriate things. I ignored it then he did the same thing 6 months later when I went in to renew. I was a nervous wreck he would take advantage of having other info of mine due to him going into or leaving my account open after assisting me. He knows my car, address and obviously he helped himself to my phone number. I almost cancelled my policy then they renovated the office so I can now just deal with the wonderful and professional girl upfront...although he still stares creepily from his desk and stops what he's doing...I still freak out when my payment is due, in fear he will be working on the day I come in...
