This is a review for the Café at the back of the store. We'd previously been here about 2 years back and stopped coming due to the hopelessly slow service and burnt pancakes we were served on the last outing. Having seen during the summer there were more people sat in a new outside area I thought we should give them another shot. Being a cooler day we decided to sit in the back Café. Well, 2 years later, still slow service and the waitress seemed to be struggling with the seating software in the computer. Plus, she seemed to be the only waitress for the front and back Café. After 10 minutes of waiting we decided we couldn't be bothered with this and left. No idea whether the food had improved.

I'd recommend to management that you either ditch the back Café and covert it to more shopping space or get more cafe staff/train them better.

Best place ever. Full stop. Definitely not "American".

Excellent service at the panini station!

Had the Gelato (maple with Himalayan sea salt) and was awesome! Small portions though.

Awesome time today at Gastronomie! The wife and I were just looking for a quick bite to eat/sit down and had a lovely experience. Jimmy was our server and really he is the reason we are writing this review. He went above and beyond, super friendly and helpful, and just down right polite. It is a breath of fresh air to have service like that. Hats off to you, and keep it up! And management-- give this guy a raise. He's doing good things.
