Surprised by the previous reviews. I LOVE it here. The staff is great and always answers any questions I may have. The wait time was not long at all. Would highly recommend this place.

Very slow! Your appointment can be at 6pm but you won't be done till 9pm. No one pics up the phone.

The nurses and doctors themselves are a pleasure but getting a hold of your doctor for questions or concerns when you're not in office is nearly impossible. Some days no doctor at all is on call? Delivery day came and my regular OB wasn't "on call" that day so i had the absolute worst lady doctor at LIJ delivery my baby. She was rude to my family members in the room and to me as i was giving birth. Careless and insensitive. a nightmare to have.

This place has to be the WORST gynecologist office I have ever been to in my life. They have no idea what they're doing. They will make you come back to the office multiple times because of this and they charge you more than they need each time. I wasted 2 years here and hundreds of dollars. They have no idea how to handle the insurance and payments. They don't care about what's really happening with your body, they will misdiagnose you and the doctors themselves are careless. The front desk is not welcoming and have a very condescending attitude. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY HERE.
