Basic Gap store. Checkout line wait times are horrible.

No variety

I personally very much dislike the clothing in the Children part of this store, but everyone has their opinions. Staff is pretty nice, and they have better stuff in the Adult part of the store, but sadly not a lot of sales.

I called this store because they had a size that I needed in a sweater that was sold out online and in most other stores. After waiting on hold for a long period of time, I was connected with a girl who could not process what I was asking her to do (send the sweater via mail) and had difficulty retaining the information I was giving her in order to process the order. This process took a long time and a lot of patience. Once we got to the part where she has to find out my credit card info to process the transaction...I got put on hold yet again and this time was disconnected. I called back the next day and got another employee who handled everything in a timely and efficient manner. They even comped me with free shipping for my troubles. Way to redeem yourself forest hills, GAP!! Thank you!!
