I was promised a date of 7/29 for my dress to be fixed and I came 8/7 only to find out that they could not find the exact color of the toole I wanted to put under my dress. Not a problem. But why did I not get a phone call informing me of this at that time? Even though i had went one week after the date I was promised. I had to go there and make another trip. Luckily I went five days before the wedding I was supposed to be in or I might have not been so lucky. Bad customer service. But the dress seems to be fine.
