The employees in this store is absolutely rude. I once went in to look for a game and they were rushing me more than once . Their customer service is horrible . They need a refresher course on how to talk to their guests.

I have change my rating from 1 start due to my poor experince by a previous manager named patrick to 4 stars due to new management & outstanding customer service by a Ms.Maria. After almost 8 months, I set foot in here agian & she was very helpful, made me feel secure about purchasing a used controller. She also explained very clearly about the benifits of the poweruprewards program, thanks to her I decided to renew my subscription after 2 months it expired. I will definitely be doing buisness here once agian thanks to her!
