What I didnt enjoy of this place is the need to wait a couple of days for the store to refill on thriple A games. But the resemblance to what I think of great customer service is shown. Love the tower square gamestop employes to they talk alot about the game you want to buy keeping you excited and more interested in the game you are getting. Personal experience when buying deogon ball z budokai tenkaichi.
BTW this is the perspective of a 13 year old writing this review.
